My last experience was finding a full length (female) hair in my food, not just on-top, it was wrapped around mushrooms, after telling the waiter, it was replaced but the order was placed at the back of all the current orders, so 80 minutes in total just to eat a chicken schnitzel and garlic bread.
No complementary drink or anything, just an additional 40 minute wait.
Never again.
