    i tried my parents' premium one which is worth $5000 or so (50% sale price) and my impression is these machines can be compared to those half hearted massages a kid would give you when you ask them for one, may be a bit better. For something this cheap, just the hassle of getting it fixed/getting rid of it when something happends already put me off

      I don't know which one you got, but when I was training heavily in BJJ, the one I had cut my recovery from 7 days to 3 every time I used one after training. It's not this suspicious looking one, but also a premium one which was a lifesaver.
