    Maybe best to be clear it's a bonus egift card with limited validity

    Gift Cards are valid for 3 months from the issue date.

    So people need to pay close attention to when they get it, if you don't look often enough they credit night already be expired by the time they go looking for it.

      Good reminder as mine expire 9 Nov.
      Marked expiry date on cards in Woolies Money app & moved cards to top of pile to use next.

      When you redeem egift card from woolies email, it shows the expiry date.

      Swapped electricity retailer 11 May, received 2 x $50 egift cards from Woolies 10 Aug.
      Those were Wish egift cards, to use across Woolies group.

      I never received mine from May either. OP said he would check and I’ve still never heard back so please don’t sign up assuming you’ll get the gift cards like me.

        Note: email comes from Woolies, not Econnex. Mine arrived 10 Aug for swap request on 11 May.
        May have been put with spam emails.

        Subject: "You've received a Woolworths eGift Card!"

        Search for Econnex only showed confirmation of swap request.

        No reference in email to Econnex…
        When click on gift card shows "Here's your Gift Card for switching energy through Econnex Exclusive Offer."

    It means if you are in Vic, the gift card will not eligible if you sign up with Ovo energy.

      Hey azm, gift cards are offered by Econnex, so you will receive them when you will switch your energy.

      In addition to that Powershop and Ovo energy (retailers) are offering bill credit on the switch for the limited states.(Bill credit are offered by retailers)

    Swapped with Ecconex in May to Alinta (received gift card). But after electricity prices increased - now considering change to Ovo in SE Qld.

      Hey mate, It means that if you are already with Ovo energy or Powershop, you cannot upgrade your plans through Econnex and they will not be eligible for the gift card.

      As you mentioned that you want to switch your energy provider, you will be eligible for this offer.
