      The first (new) Subscribe & Save order of a product in an eligible category. Subsequent orders are not eligible for cashback rewards. I assume it’s eligible?

    Does anyone have a problem with cashback tracking when paying with giftcard balance (no promo credit)? It never tracks for me and I have to manually submit a ticket every time (unless I've misread something and giftcard balance is not allowed?)

      It states that "Purchases paid with any Amazon credit as partial or full payment" are ineligible for CB.. My reading is - once you add Amazon Giftcards to your Amazon account, then using such credit makes it ineligible for the cashback. I could be wrong however. Maybe it is a new condition as previously my cashback tracked using the gift card balance.

        This is incorrect.

        Gift card payment; yes, you will still earn cashback if you do all the right things (empty cart to start with,etc)

        Promo credit, no. This has never worked with Cashback.

        It has always been like this.

      Amazon tracking is not instant like a lot of other stores.
      Amazon transactions report in daily batches, so you won't see these until late tomorrow morning.
