    why would you buy anything less? stuff fills up quick, also filling it up 1/2 way starts to slow it down. go big, it's only a little more anyways.

    You cannot redeem Coles Group & Myer gift cards or Officeworks gift cards on the Officeworks website, so you cannot redeem those gift cards as part of this deal

    Discounted Officeworks gift cards are also quite hard to come by anyway, although I think they're available through the Shopback Super Swap gift card.

  2.5% returned to you as flybuys points is pretty trash tbh. Better off to wait for a 10% apple gift card discount or another officeworks gift card Coles promo like they had the other week

  You can get the equivalent of 10% off (x20 points) in reward points through regular promos, which seemed to happen every month, buying:
  1. Apple discount GCs at Woolworths, Coles, Big W, or Target.
  2. TCN GCs and the likes which list JB Hifi as a redeemable store, where you can go to buy Apple GCs.
  …And the promos are available to everybody ;-)

  For anyone considering buying the iPhone with their AMEX card, for the free damaged-screen insurance: using the gift card to pay for most of the phone's price may make you ineligible for the insurance.

  You only get the insurance if you purchase the phone with your AMEX, or if you pay for your phone plan with the AMEX. I haven't gone through the exact wording of the AMEX offer, but using the gift card arguably means you only partially paid for the phone with your AMEX.
