  • These usually only work in corporate owned locations btw

  • +3

I feel like their definition of "Large" is a bit different to everyone else's.

    ngl thought this was hamzaa

    • Hamza is op.

      Ozbargainer of the year, imo..

  • any of the codes work with BURGER JOINT LINE?

    • No. burger joint are a different range of pizzas. Not on offer

  • +8

Can also get a free Garlic Bread if spending over $22 with code 878285, for those interested.

    • why didnt e have this 2.5hrs ago??

    • amazing, thanks!

    • Where does the say you need to spend over $22? Unless it is right at the end when confirming order. But I have 3 X $6 ($18) order and it lets me add the code.

      • It usually asks for it when you are in the cart to be able to checkout (errors when pressing finish order and says min spend $22), but in your case it seems as though it applies the min spend before other coupons are applied :)

        • +1

I can add it to an empty cart with $0 cost. But what, it will give an error if I try to finalise the order at less than $22.

No one posted the free garlic bread as a separate coupon and said where they found it.

          • @random12: If it lets you progress to the final checkout and pay without the min spend, go for it as it's probably just glitched.

I found the coupon a while ago, it's an ongoing coupon.

    • Damn I'm too late already ordered but not like I need any more calories!

  • Not all stores does not accept coupons at Colac Vic store.

    • Complaint to the head office and demand for free pizza

    • It’s App only.

      • yep doesn't work says store does not accept these coupons

        • Try another store?

          • @capslock janitor: @stevednj48 is correct, I checked it with the post code and no dice. Hence talk to head office and demand for fun 😄

    • Did you order via app?

  • How to use more than one code at a time or must they be separate orders? For example pizzas plus garlic bread

    • +3

You can use all the codes on a single order. Just add them all, and you will see/be able to order. Its Pizza Hut that only allows one code.

  • Due to the price rise of Domino's. We went in on 12/09/2022 $16 a pizza, it looked like their typical $7 dollar range.

    • +5

Serves you right paying full price for Domino's.

    • +7

An Ozbargainer who pays $16 for a Domino's pizza. Now I've truly seen it all.

  • +1

For $6 it was ok, though the supreme that I ordered had a small amount of toppings and not arranged all that well. Definitely not worth the $14.95 normal price. Pizza looked a little small as well.

    • +1

$7.95 is essentially the usual price considering there is always a long running code.

      • +1

Some stores no longer accept the $7.95 codes.

        • +1

There's an $8.95 code for those few stores. Still $6 less than full price.

I think Dominos have reduced the size of their large pizza too BTW, (on top of shaving the base from each Pizza Pan option)
But again I think I wont complain too much at the cheapo price.

  • +1

this is probably pointless to use as i feel like local Domino's tend to be much scabbier on the toppings with coupons or it might just be that they are so busy because of the discounts they start running out of ingredients, maybe a bit of both.

  • Ordered 3 pizzas, not complaining because the price still meant pretty good value, but they were WAY smaller than on any other given night while using random email vouchers.

  • If you must order dominos then be careful of them not using enough cheese (for example large patches of just tomato base especially near the crust) and old/dry/burnt looking toppings. After my experience last month, I would recommend only ordering one pizza and check it in store, if it doesn't look like the picture then ask them politely to make it again or refund. Also make sure you are logged in and don't close it after ordering so you can give a rating. It might be better ordering at lunch than dinner as there is more likely going to be a casual making it at dinner. I hadn't previously had a problem with the store, so I don't know if it was just a dud employee or the management there are now trying to cut back.

I am going to pass this time and just try the supermarket pizzas when on special for half price. You can add extra ingredients to them as well.

    • Also in the fridge section of my Coles there are $3.5 Hawaiian and meatlovers that look pretty good for a cheap pizza.

They also have 'Coles Kitchen' pizzas in the fridge section for $5.5 which look better than my last dominos (as there is a cardboard cut-out so you can see the ingredients), there is a 2 for $9 deal on them from this Wednesday.

They also have $4 frozen pizzas. There is also a half price special on McCain pizzas. So don't feel like you need to be a slave to this Dominos deal once a month.

      • And if you want to make a cheep 'cheeseburger' pizza then get Coles Special Burger sauce (it is like Big Mac sauce) and Coles Special Cheeseburger sauce (it is a ketchup with gherkin in it, just like a McDonalds Cheeseburger). Try that on a coles beef pizza (or a dominos one). They also sell Coles Special Burger Pickles, which I haven't tried.

NGL my 3 pizzas were 9/10 for Domino's standards and a solid 5/10 for overall pizza standards. My local store is great. Plenty of toppings and well made. I paid the extra $2/$3 go get 'extra large' for each. well worth IMO. ($26 total for 1 of each value, traditional and premium)
No more pizza for me for a few months.

    • Mine was also great.

No more pizza for me for a few months.

Is it still true today though?

  • Cracker deal for those with good local 👌
