  Been tossing up between this and a dyson v8 or v10? I know this is a lot cheaper which is appealing but is it just as good? In a unit so just need something good enough to whisk around.

    yeah mine is holding up great. For the price I could replace it twice or 3 times for the cost of a v10.

      Our 3+ year old Dreame V9 is still going strong. Battery probably down to 70%, however it gets a lot of use and for under 300 bux (at the time) the $ per year equation has been much better that our Dyson it replaced.

      We bought a new battery for our Dyson V8 and it didn't even last a year before it was so diminished as to be barely useable.

        You should be able to replace battery under warranty.

    For a whisk around I wouldn't be spending extra on a Dyson. I personally run robot vacuum cleaners in my own place and use a Viomi A9 for a quick run around on the places they miss.

  Is there a difference between this model and the Dreame Vacuum models? Currently looking at a new Vacuum and my Dreame V7 is on it's last legs

  I have this vacuum and it's absolutely awesome. Just curious: is there a carpet head made for this? The default one works ok but I want a good deep bristle carpet head if possible.

    I bought one a little while ago from Gearbite (via MyDeal) for about $150, less cashback and coupon. It comes with the adapter you need to attach it to the dock. However these are out of stock. Here's the link:

    You can get them on AliExpress if you are prepared to wait, Alternatively I believe it is the same battery as the Dreame T20 (looks identical and same specs) but I can't guarantee it. Here's a link for the T20 one:

    Note the page on Gearbite (link above) mentions the G9, G10 and Dreame T20.

      I did contact gearbite and they dont have an ETA as to when they battery will be back in stock.

      I noticed the T20 battery looked very similar, I might look into that further. Thanks for your help mate.

      Edit: Gearbite has confirmed that the T20 replacement battery works with the G10.

        Used the vacuum for the first time today - looks like about 50 minutes+ on "Auto" - I never got near draining it so can't know for sure. Very happy with it.
