On a personal note.. i had a shocking experience with 99bikes. Super rude mechanic who was arrogant.
Will never go back and i was a VIP member at the time as well who spent over 1k.
Bought a $3K bike at 99bikes and it wasn't even indexed properly. Couldn't shift to the lowest gear until I adjusted the rear derailleur myself. I've been to 4 of their stores and customer service was good. Just don't get anything serviced there.
