Yeah never again from DX. Made a couple of orders back when they had the "buy 2 get 1 free" deal a ways back (Feb 2021). A couple of items were preorders (all were figures, not games). DX held the order and $$ for over 6 months and then cancelled both of the orders entirely when the preorder items were "no longer available".

Had a similar experience with pre-orders. Blew passed the release dates by some months with no comms. Then when I chased them they got sent immediately.

Eventually got them so no cancelled orders or whatever.

Haven't ordered any 'in stock' items from them so maybe a different experience there
