  I have the exact same bag, the handle on top and the bottom "leather" parts start to peel, its a mess and very annoying!
  Other than that the bag has no problems.

  two boys with 4 sports, they are eating bags every season, pretty good quality, except those with so called "leather", grab 3 with free express delivery, IMO better than adidas and nike ones.

  Note that not all bags have a laptop sleeve/compartment. I believe the Heritage does but not the Classic. The sleeve looks pretty thin though unlike my old one where the compartment is padded.

  This bag is junk, there is a version with actual leather which I own and recommend because it has lasted me over 10 years of daily use, but this is not it. I advise everyone never to buy fake leather anything because it is all crap. 10 years ago I had to buy the real leather bag from the USA as it was not available here. The extortionate amount they charge for the bags here meant that the good bag ended up cheaper even after paying shipping.
