I bought cabinet sensor lights on the last sale. 2 arrived broken. I reached out to service on the 5th of Sep who said they will organise replacement. I have not received any replacement or tracking numbers. I send follow ups on the 5th and on the 12th, but received no replies.
Ive purchased many products from Yeelight and had no issues. But I would recommend better after sales service to resolve issues. Please resolve my problem, thanks.
