  • Have one and i like it. My only comparison is a wahl that must have been the crappiest model they ever produced as it was truly terrible

    • May I know the model name?
      Thanks

      • No idea. It broke. It's in the bin now

I wish they had more separate attachments. The distance between the plastic ridges on the adjustable attachments is a bit too wide. Love their 2mm one but with they had more of the same but for longer length

I have this one and a few Phillips beard trimmers, this unit is physically bigger than the beard trimmers as it is designed for cutting longer hair on your head.
The body groomers are actually what you want if you want a lot of attachments with a smaller blade and smaller spacing on the guides.

  • any chance you can use this in the shower?

    • I use mine while in the shower. No issues.

  • is this good for creating the stubble look, with even lines?

  • I have been using this (a blue one HC5612/15 paid $35 delivered) for close to one year. Overall a good unit and holds charge well. The only issue I have is not the unit itself but the way I hold it while using. I am a right-hander so no dramas when using my right hand. When I use my left hand, my thumb tends to press the release catch and the trimming head pops out. Has not happened yet but I tend to always check the dial because I do not want to accidentaly change the setting. That's it. Great value for money.

    • I occasionally have that happen as well, no weird runways in my hair yet though

  • Have one, worth the money

  • I already have the Xiaomi Enchen, reckon this is a fair bit better?

    • I had a couple of budget ones before got the Phillip’s one
with the Phillip’s I don’t need to pass the clipper too many times on the same spot to have a clear cut

How is this compared with the Aldi one $19.95?

  • Phillips or Wahl Extreme Grip Pro Cordless Hair Clipper? https://www.shavershop.com.au/wahl/extreme-grip-pro-cordless…
