I was looking at buying the dmh-a5450bt to gain wireless carplay in my car. Anyone who knows more about these things care to explain the difference between the two? My car already has an OEM reverse cam fitted BTW so the included camera doesnt mean much to me
Hi, not affiliated with the store but the main takeaways from the unit I can see are below

manual time alignment - yes / no
D/A Converter - yes / no
3-Way Audio Network Mode - yes / nowifi - yes / no
hdmi - yes / noDMH-Z6350BT is also a shorter chassis but that's not worth much as most cars can accept larger older style chassis.
Summary, if you're the type of person who has to adjust crossovers and time alignment this is a better option even though it's probably not as good as a DSP.
Alternatively, you can get the cheaper one and if you want further adjustments such as better customisation on cross over and time alignment, buy a DSP separate.

Can anyone who owns this comment on the Bluetooth call quality. My current stereo is almost unusable for calls.
I had installed something but call quality was not great, upon complaining they recommended me to upgrade with pioneer 6350bt. I can say call quality was way premium similar to my original car.
You should maybe mention that Android Auto is wireless too. The price is OK but definitely not great.
