All received. Each of my orders were received the day after its status was changed to packed. Packed really nicely and the games are in good condition. Very happy. Although the cases have stickers all over them and some of them have this "GAME QC" sticker over the opening which is quite annoying as it can be a bit hard to get off.
I think they made those stickers to spite preowned gamers.
My order has not been changed to packed yet :( And i go on holidays wednesday for 2 weeks! Hope they send it monday but not liking my odds.

Got 5 games ordered on the 15th (ordered late at night). Some of the GAMES as others said before are in really good condition and can definitely pass as new.

They sent me out another copy of Fable 3, received it today two days after they told me about it. And I'm assuming I get to keep the fable 2 aswell.

Ordered 7 games, 1 back order and recieved 6 of them. One was in appalling condition, had the ring around the disc and is unplayable, one was also unplayable, kept freezing. The rest were in as NEW condition. How do you follow up regarding all of this? Do we go into stores or contact their customer service team?

I'd imagine you could take them into a store, assuming there is one near you. They should be able to swap it with one from their stock, but again, you're taking a risk with the quality of it..

Very inconsistent quality standards. They should discard any stock in poor condition.
Customer service usually replies within the day and their pretty helpful.
One of mine marked as packed on Thurs or Fri still hasn't arrived. Two more marked as packed today, so will see how long that takes to front up. Hopefully the first one hasn't gone AWOL. Anyone else had items marked as packed that have still taken a while to show?

my games look good, and i think one of them was brand new.
they all had the xbox seal on them but only one of them i could tell it was not opened yet.Received Batman Arkham Asylum - isn't the Platinum edition that I ordered… but condition appears okay (disc and manual). Will test it tonight. Do I miss anything with this version?
On another note, my order with Modern Warfare 3 has been cancelled… pretty ridiculous given given I noted that this title was placed back on sale at least once on their site after the occasion of my purchase (sold out, then came back again the following day) so there must have still been stock. Not much I can do given the scenario. Would have picked up Battlefield 3 if I hadn't had this ordered.
Hopefully my other titles arrive and are the versions advertised…

Their prices in-store are still the same and have been for ages. I'm waiting for an even bigger discount(beyond >60%) so I can clear the shop of all their crappy left-over stock(still heaps).
i finally received all my items last week so all is good. im happy with the price i paid. now i just need to buy a cheap wii guitar controller to play guitar hero 6 warriors game or might try to trade it in to eb games as i only paid $4 for it. any one know wear i can get a cheap wii guitar controller?

Received another five this morning. Did you have yours shipped to street address or PO Box. Their PO Box orders take much much longer for some reason. How long ago were yours marked as "packed"?
My order got cancelled and will be refunded because no one was home when the courier came….damn. Really wanted those games too
That is lame. Most courier companies have a depot collection point if they can't redeliver it on a predetermined day/time.

this is rubbish.
I ordered a couple of games the other day and we slept in and missed them.
they left a card to ring them and we organise to deliver the next day.
we made sure we were awake (and they actually came later the second time round) and we received the games.
Finally status as packed, can the ladies give me an ayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy and all the guys say yooooooooooooooo
