Yes, as I indicated in the title.
The images and all the text say "cover" about 300 times. I think this is just a weighted blanket COVER, which is fine if that's what you're after, but I think OP thinks it's an actual weighted blanket?

Negging as this seems to be the normal price on ebay for the cover, and for visibility as the 2.3kg in title gives the impression that this is for the actual blanket instead.

Yes, of the same product. It seems to be the standard for all kids weighted blankets, whereas adults' start at 5kg, as the recommended blanket weight is one tenth of the body weight (I found no source for that; it seems an arbitrary rule that just worked and stuck).
Where do you see the 2.3kg from? I don't see it from a quick glace and description as well as ctrl+f.
This is a 'kid' size blanket.
