Yeah its not to be underestimated - I have an older Bose system (cinemate something) and whe I moved my room around (TV to other side of living room) the sound was really bass heavy, to the point that it was rumbling the floor watching normal shows with light background music, with the bass turned down. Even as a bass lover, it was too much. I re-ran the adaptiq weird headset thing, and it fixed the problem so I have balanced sound, and can turn up the bass if I want to.
Big hassle with the price match refund.
They can only refund $50 in the system maximum unless you have past Amazon orders so then they have to search through past orders and refund through those…
But then I had another item refunded and the skipped $135 because the refund already got taken for that unrelated item haha
Very very messy and difficult system
I've always found that so silly.
Like, what it I need to claim warranty on an order they've refunded.
Yeah and if you ever refund any of those items it breaks the system haha and says you were already refunded.
Once I returned a phone case they already refunded and said why did I return it! No money for you lol
Trying to explain it to their staff is quite complicated as it doesn't make sense when they look at it
