  • “SPRING-30” - $30 coupon with a minimum $100 purchase
How do I use these coupons?

On our checkout page where it asks you "Do you have a coupon or giftcard?", please enter one of the above coupon codes

Help, the code doesn't work!

The majority of issues with voucher occur when your cart total doesn't meet the minimum spend criteria.
If there's other errors or issues with coupon usage, please feel free to use the Live Chat function in the bottom right corner (it's an orange icon).

Is the delivery still free?

Yes, Appliances Online stakes our name on our legendary service, which includes free delivery and free removal of your old appliance. Make sure you tick the checkbox if you would like us to take away your old appliance.

Can I use all three of the coupons? Can I use the coupons more than once?

Yes and yes.
Please note the cart only accepts one coupon code at a tie, i.e. you can't use multiple coupon codes on the same cart.
However, you can use these coupon multiple times as long as each code usage is in a separate transaction.

When does this offer end?

These coupon codes will expire Thursday 29th September at 8AM.

  • I would have preferred the $100 off last week when I ordered the $2k+ oven last week over the $50 voucher they sent.

"the more you spend, the less discount you will get."

    • +3

      Max discount in %
      Spend $2,000 = 5% discount
      Spend $500 = 10% discount
      SPend $100 = 30% discount

    • True, you can definitely look at it from that perspective.

From my POV, marketing had to fight tooth and nail to get the $50 and $100 coupons approved.

That is, the original plan was to only offer a $30 off coupon, which is a bit of a limp deal if you spend close to $1K, which most of our customers do.

I know you guys provide 'legendary' service, but removing your price match policy last year has stopped me from shopping with you guys

          Yep, ditto

I focused on bringing our prices down as an average and adding extra services overall to be proactive on improving value rather than reactive (price matching). I think this is a better use of our time and delivers a greater value and experience overall for you our customers.

Even though we feel our level of service has its own additional value if you do see products where we are not great value please always call us up and our customer support team will do their best to look after you.

Any reasonable request will be put forward to a manager and our pricing team for review. Sometimes like all businesses and retailers our buy prices from our suppliers won't allow us to be the cheapest on every single item however I believe we provide the best value in the industry as an average, I believe price is what you pay but value is what you get.

          • @AppliancesOnline.com.au: Your price match policy with a competitors price included the cost of delivery anyway. I don’t see why you can’t continue offering price matching.

          • @AppliancesOnline.com.au: Always happy to check Appliances Online for prices but your website hasn’t been competitive for the last few appliances purchased as compared to TGG.

@kipps: I bought a Breville Dehumidifier on Monday. TGG & BL had it for $499. AA and Amazon had it for $425 then i saw it on bestbuy.com.au for $400, i called AA and they matched it with free delivery. It got delivered 8am the next morning.

Ive also bought my fridge last year at matched price. Cant fault them so far

Comparing Chest Freezers, TGG is still somewhat cheaper, even after discount

    • i was comparing fridges and TGG is still cheaper taking into account the discount

    • Best take into account delivery - TGG usually charge $50+

      • Yes. I did take that into account

        • +2

Honestly if TGG is only slightly cheaper I'd rather buy from AO, they have top-notch customer service in my experience, while TGG is fairly mediocre. Can save a lot of headache if there is an issue.

        • How much difference are we talking about then? I'd rather AO if it's just a few dollars. Returns are super easy.

          • @Ryanek: 10 or 20 roughly. Not in a hurry to buy. Will probably wait for Black Friday. Just commenting that TGG is still somewhat cheaper that's all.

  • I just bought something late last nigh over $200, god dammit.
Could I cancel and re order? Won’t be shipped until mid oct.

  • Off topic, but if the store rep is here:
Is this TV going to be restocked and if so, is it due soon?

I checked internally and they said 2nd week of October.

  • Dang - just bought a rangehood a week ago. Would have loved for extra cashback! Oh well.
