    Just a thought, wouldn’t the eBay offer from Student Beans (if you have access to it) be a better discount since you’re getting a $20 upfront discount for $80 spend vs 12% cashback that tracks and possibly either confirmed or rejected? Possibly can also stack with the $10 SB challenge offer if > $100

    So spending $100 would only costs you $80 (and you get back $10 via eBay challenge and also cashback via gift cards). All in all, a $100 transaction should only be out of pocket $67.60

        spending $120 would only costs you $100 (and you get back $10 via eBay challenge and also cashback via gift cards). All in all, a $120 transaction should only be out of pocket $87

        For regular cashback it should show as $0.00 instead of the 12% cashback equivalent since you used a coupon code
        But it should still count towards the challenge as mentioned by the store rep here

      Yeah, I thought eBay bonuses tracked pretty quickly but GYB mentioned in another deal that its not the case and takes at least a few days. Hopefully we see tracking soon.

      that's correct. It's says 'Continue to App', which is the intended behaviour. As for tracking, it probably just needs more time. If it doesnt track by tomorrow just raise it with them as they'll see your click history to eBay.

    PSA try not to add gift cards more than you need - my mate's account was recently suspended and of course no reason provided. They had $100 gift card linked to the account and has no way to get it refunded or use it. Customer service staff said the gift card is nullified when the account was suspended and rudely closed the chat sessions.

    They tried to ask where in terms and conditions this is stated, again with the chats rudely ended.

        There seems to be no direct phone line since COVID.

        Saw online other people were reporting $800 gift card in the account due to refund - and their account was later suspended by Ebay. They never got to use the gc amount.

            @Sheng: Yup generic line, with link to the help section, which only has chat as the only option to contact them and when you contact through chat, also generic responses then if you ask other questions, they just copy pasted the generic answers and closed the chats.

            Beyond me how rude they could be and how they could get away with this. This is pretty much theft.

    I bought three things in one transaction to get over $100 and it seems like one of them didn't track. Marked as 'Challenge Failed' in the Shopback app, won't let me report a missing cashback until 7 days have passed. I suppose we'll see how it goes.
