    I'm in the same boat. My partner receives them regularly but I never do. I think that I must have opted out at some point but can't find out when. They always fob me off when I write to them about this saying it's up to the marketing department who gets the offers.

    I think so too. It's been awhile since I've travelled, but I think 28 Degree's Mastercard conversion rates are quite good and they don't charge international transaction or conversion fees. On top of this, there's no annual fee and you can register for perks like free global wifi and flight delay pass. Now and then, you might also get cashback offers; not just for specific stores like here, but on total spends.
