Featuring a robust twin pin system to utilise the full lifting height of your jack these stands provide you with safe level support.     I agree with having a backup when you’ve got a few thousand kg over your head - although I usually use a second set of jack stands or even use the jack as a secondary in addition to jack stands.

  I had the ratcheting 3000kg ones and ended up getting the 2000kg for working on my hatchback. You need a jack that lifts high enough to get them under the pinch welds safely as they're quite tall on the lowest setting.
