    • I've got manually credit too! did you call last week?

      • No, I did NOT call.

        • great coz I called them previously. Just incase ill buy this gc in the future, i wont be bothered calling them again

  • I got one manual credit. Have three outstanding. See how this plays out. I did not contact them.

  • I spent $1000 and another transaction for $500 , is $50 rewards manual credit correct?

    • A $500 card should have got you 5080 point for the $507.95 cost. 5000 points are worth $25 so you still have 5080 owing

  • monday 31st oct

  • I had a 5080 manual points post yesterday. The first card I bought was $507.95 (ie $500 loaded value) so the points correspond with the first card purchase. I bought more cards on subsequent days (of slightly lower amounts), so let's see what happens from Monday. I didn't call or email woolworths.

Known from the previous deal, card fee $7.95 is not counted as spend for bonus pts. Even EDR credited the points, it still shows mismanagement.

I spoke to an Everyday Rewards rep earlier this morning, and they refused to manually credit any points from one of my purchases towards the end of this promotion, as it would be manually credited to my account on Monday 31 October.

I pointed out that the bonus points from my first purchase was manually loaded 16 business days after the purchase, and manually loading points on 31 Oct for the purchase we were talking about would take the wait time to 15 business days, but all they said was "Sorry, IT will fix it on Monday. Do you need help with anything else today?"

    • I'm really happy that the first lot of points posted without me needing to do anything. Here's hoping the points in relation to the later purchased cards post without too much fuss.

Why were we naive enough to think they would do this on their own 😅.. deals like this should have a warning at the top

Update for you all, I bought 2 cards but only got the points manually credited for one on 31/10.

Spent last night trying to get through on chat AND on phone (approx 2 hours before they closed) - the chat says call them, the call centre says they're closed…. Pathetic.

Called the durign work hours today, got hung up on twice by their system. Spoke to a human on the third call (43 minute wait time). Human was helpful and gladly credited points (but not for the card purchase price - fair enough).

What a shemozzle. I think I won't bother next time with this one….

I encourage everyone to hold them to account on their points, which are not an inconsequential amount. If they advertise it, they should be better prepared than this.

Good work. I’m still missing 11000 points. I got a manual credit of 5080 for one day. What about the rest? Why not do them all together?
I’ll call them again today as I’m sure the business days are up.

It’d be a lot easier if there was a complaint process such as AFCA for financial firms. Does anyone know of any complain avenue for everyday rewards?

Choice? Get them the dodgy award for the year?

I just got off the phone.
They have said that everyone that bought gift cards in the month of October are experiencing issues.
The technical team are running a program to have it fixed by midnight tonight.
I said that I heard that reason and outcome last week and am I meant to just keep calling? He said don’t call again it will be fixed.

  • POINTS ARE IN!

    • nice, still nothing for me, probably still need to call them next week

    • I'm still missing 11000 points.

I'm still missing my points for the second and subsequent cards… time to start pestering them

  • I purchased the $500 and I could use up to $500. No fee deducted nor the check out person ask me $7.95. Wonder who made mistake because in the past I purchased $100 one and being asked to pay 106.95 by the check out person.

  • anyone anyupdate about missing points?

    • You need to ring up to claim missing points.

      • Agreed, had to call 2x. First call on Monday (after 14 business days lapsed), they said they're going to submit a form for manual credit, then nothing happened, so I called again last Friday. 2nd CS said, there seems to be a mistake on submitting the form so she had to resubmit again (and gave me 2000 pts for apology). Got all my points yesterday. If u haven't got it by now, unfortunately, u need to call.

  • called up and had a representative advise me that the points will be credited automatically (with no timeframe for completion) and cannot be done manually by them as they do not want to risk points being credited twice - has anyone had the same issue?

    • +1

My guess is that after you call they fix as it was conveniently done after my call.

I rang today chasing points for my purchase on the 9 October. After 25 minutes on hold I got through to a guy who knew what he was talking about and he said he'd put a form in and all going well I'd have the points on Tuesday. I just checked now (about 2 hours after I called) and the points are there.
