This coupon is back, found it My eBay. No minimum spend, but only "Eligible Items" where the coupon is shown. Happy hunting, Jack.

Offer Period. This offer commences at 17:00 AEDT on 1 April 2022 and is available for a limited time only, for as long as it is advertised on the eBay.com.au site (“Offer Period”). eBay reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time.
Conditions. This offer entitles you to 8% off the pre-coupon purchase price (excluding postage costs) on Eligible Items during the Offer Period, up to a maximum discount of $300 per transaction. Multiple items may be purchased in 5 transactions total (up to a maximum of 5 items per transaction).
"Eligible Items" means items listed on eBay.com.au where a link to these terms and conditions and the coupon redemption code TOPITUP is found in the item listing.
Redemption. To redeem this offer during the Offer Period, enter the redemption code TOPITUP into the redemption code box during checkout. This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other eBay offer, coupon or voucher. You can only use the redemption code 5 times during the Offer Period. The code is provided to you as an eBay User and the limitations on its usage apply on that basis even though you may have registered a number of different eBay User IDs.

  at what point do we just ban vague ebay posts? there's almost never a deal listed, eligible items are almost always jacked to eclipse the discount, and they're practically a daily repost to stay on top of ozb.

  The generic nature of the URL makes me think this code was just "reactivated", if it ever actually went away. Either that, or it's a typo or copy/paste of older T&Cs.
