Looks like they don't have business account. ABN is sole trader and not registered for GST. I don't think they can even produce a valid invoice. Products are probably grey imported. Don't think it will be 100% compliant with Australian standard.
Op should talk to a commercial lawyer or accountant asap…

We are not registered GST yet. We just established. So, we don't know our business income is over $75,000 yet.
We will collect GST if we are resister GST :D

You dont need to earn over $75,000 to register for GST. Hopefully all your goods comply with https://www.productsafety.gov.au/about-us/publications/baby-…

But u surely paid GST when u "imported" your legal goods right?
None of ur products are tested and certified for any standards in Australia. U "read" product safety guide. Now I'm wondering if u have any business insurance…since ur a sole trader (not a proprietary company) which means u will have unlimited liability which means your personal assets can become collateral…
