Canon RF 14-35mm F/4L IS USM Lens $2135.20 Delivered (Bonus $200 Canon Australia Cashback) @ digiDirect eBay

Original Coupon Deal

Cashback from Canon Australia brings the price down to $1935.20

Cheapest price around I believe; cheaper than US and grey stock pricing.

I picked up the lens myself last week off their actual online store when they had 15% off + 6% Cashrewards cashback for a few dollars cheaper.

Cashback approval was super quick from Canon; submitted it very late last night and got email notification that it was approved first thing this morning.

Haven't really had the chance to test the lens properly myself due to work and weather and I was originally very hesitant to upgrade from my trusty EF 16-35mm f/4L IS because of the need for correction to fix up mechanical vignette and distortion issues but decided to get it after mucking around with someone else's RAW file and I have to admit it does look good. That and having the flexibility of 14mm (actually a little wider even after correction) in a zoom, being able to use traditional filters and not having to use an adapter made me take the leap. Quick tests shooting around the house does show the lens to be very sharp with very straight lines after in camera or Lightroom lens profile correction.

    • Yea I had the problem with another purchase of mine but I did ring them about this lens and there was stock in the warehouse and I received it in just a few days FWIW.

      • hey mate - what number did you call? I rang the number on their website earlier and they said they can’t price match their eBay store.

        • Hey I rung their online support number only to check stock levels not to price match; I think eBay does give them some money back during these events which is why they don't match their eBay sales I believe.

          • @basketballfreak6: That makes sense. Have you dealt with them much? Wondering how their after service is in case of issues with products and etc…

@park it: Yea they are fine. I know the people at the Brisbane store but they do seem to reply to messages online and eBay quite promptly too so I wouldn't hesitate ordering from them.

Bummer. I didn’t know this lens existed. I just had my RF 15-35 f2.8 stolen from my car and didn’t want to fork out the $3500 for a new one so ended up buying a used EF 16-35 and adapter. I would have bought his one.

Ahh damn mate that sucks so sorry to hear that.

  • Their eBay store always is in stock so its worth getting it from there rather then their website.

  • Has anyone successfully received a Canon cashback when buying from the ebay Digidirect store? I called Digidirect, they didn't know and said just buy from their online store which definitely is an authorised reseller..

Hey SeeTheLight, I just had cash back approved from canon today for my RF 24-70 I bought from digital eBay. I contacted them via eBay chat and requested a PDF invoice from digidirect website including their ABN and address etc which they were happy to provide the next day. Canon approved it for me on the spot. Makes it a very good price

Yea you get a proper tax invoice from DigiDirect like you would if you have purchased in store just use that for the cashback; if you don't get it with your delivery just request it by sending them a message (just today actually I requested a pdf copy of my invoice for my RF 28-70 eBay purchase from earlier in the year).
