Not 100% it comes with both the heads, but looks like it def comes with 2 batteries!

  • Have one. Huge upgrade from my old Dyson V6. Extra battery useful when I vacuum the car (I use 1.25 batteries). Extra heads aren't that useful - the main one, the hose + thin attachment is enough for my purposes. Trigger hold and battery life screen is really handy.

    • Trigger hold and battery life screen is really handy.

      Agreed.

I bought this model from Costco last year when they had it on sale for $600. So, this is a damn good price.

I do find that the battery barely lasts 3 - 5 mins in Turbo mode. So, the second battery definitely comes in handy.
They also include the charging station for the second battery, which is another plus.

  • The high power is very nice, but if anyone is buying this with purpose of vacuuming the whole house for long periods of time, you won't get that much power.
T20 pro: Eco (suction power: 15AW), Med(suction power: 36 AW), and Turbo (suction power: 150 AW)

For context, the dyson v7 has 21AW on low.

I really wished companies would advertise the realistic power of these vacuums.

    • That's good info - I'm keen to see how long the battery lasts on medium…

I can vacuum whole house (about 150sq metres of floor) on medium and will just finish one battery, that's including maybe 30-45 seconds on high as well. My floors are majority hardwood, so guess not much need at high power, but if you had a mix of carpet and hard floor, with a mix of medium and high power, you should be able to do a reasonable sized house in medium or need to switch to the second battery towards the end.

I bought the pro cause I thought I needed two batteries, but never actually use it much, sometimes I just do the whole place in high power so I can drain the second battery so it gets some use/ cycles.

  • We have this, it's great. We've got mostly hard floors and the soft roller works amazing on medium power. Build quality is great and extra battery means we can do our whole 4bdr house easily (although we use it mostly for spot cleaning or a few rooms that really need it).

  • Maybe too late to ask … For those who own this, do you use the mopping function? Is it useful?

  • Happy to discount a further $70 if anyone wants to offload the 2nd battery to Perth - PM me!
