  This is a strangely worded promotion. The code applies a $50 discount at purchase time but without committing the customer to recycle a racquet. What if your customer doesn't send an old racquet to you? Will you charge an extra $50 without customer approval?

  Thanks for commenting alvian, this promotion is based on faith in the consumer to want to recycle their racket and send it back (free of charge).
