  Purchased a pixel 7 on 16th morning, and got it delivered 17th afternoon. Been more than 7 days and still haven't gotten my codes.

    Yep, same for me. JB online have said I need to contact the actual store, so I have sent an email.

    The terms state you have till 11:59pm on the 31st of Oct to redeem the coupons.

    If they don't get back to me via email, I suppose I will have to be less lazy and call them.

      Update for anyone else in the same situation. JB is investigating what happened to my codes, but no ETA…

      They say they will be able to used after the 31st.

      Frustrating though. As much as this was a good deal, the messing around having to deal with this sort of thing is such a time waste. Every time I have ordered a phone from JB over the years they have stuffed something or other up, which then takes a bunch of chasing to sort out.

  Wondering if anyone is using a 'Google certified' screen protector, as apparently they fix the fingerprint not scanning issue. Still got a couple of AmFilm protectors so won't worry about it now but interested to know (see list on the Google support page:
