Instead of sending a physical card in the mail they provide you with a card through the Vault Payments app. From the app you can add it to your Google/Apple wallet or you can view the card details (number, expiry, CVV) if you wanted to spend it online.

So it’s in-store only as stated in the terms of condition. I wouldn’t buy online for pick up then. It will not get granted.

Terms of condition says in-store without the “only”. But if they would grant it to online orders too why would they just say in-store? You might receive a confirmation that they have received your claim, but does it actually say it’s accepted in words? I will wait until someone has an accepted claim for an online order or just buy on Saturday in store to be safe.

Well you can but that’s your risk to argue if the claim is not granted. Everyone who sends anything in their form will get a confirmation, that they have successfully received it. It doesn’t mean that everyone gets it.

Nothing in the official T&Cs about needing to purchase in store, just from a store that has them in stock and is advertising the promotion (I assume BWS and Dan's stores would be doing this but best to double check)

Yes. I got the same error on 3 different desktop browsers, maybe because I was uploading a file. I got it to work using Android Chrome and direct mobile photo of receipt, through camera, not file upload.
had this issue when taking a photo of the receipt via camera option through website. When I browsed and uploaded the image it was fine
May have to do with having underscores in the file name, or spaces or it being too long.
I renamed the file and tried again after a while and now it works ok.
This was what solved the problem for me too (shortening the file name and/or removing hyphens - did both and it worked).
Tempted to do this for the free digital MasterCard I can use for things like Uber Eats but these sound disgusting.

Yea, last one from Bundaberg took 2-3 days to receive an approval and by the look of the form, I am guessing smirnoff using same company to manage this promo as Bundaberg did.
