No, it's only U1 and V10. There are U3 V60 microSD cards though and they are pricier.
I read that surface pro card reader is capped at 80Mb/s
Is that for write? Then maybe a V90 card is slight overkill but might max out the card reader.

I have been using non-endurance cards for my dashcams - mainly Samsung Evo Plus (red and white/grey coloured ones).
Endurance cards have a higher number of write cycles. However, they are much more expensive. So I buy non-endurance cards of twice the capacity which partially negates the issue with the number of write cycles. Have not had to replace them in the last few years but will replace them when they fail. The viofo gives a warning when there is an error with the card.
