  Cannot buy anything from the Samsung store. I get this error: "We are sorry but your transaction could not be completed at this time". Tried multiple computers, different logins, tried from a mobile phone, etc. None of the payment methods work. Tried the education store and the normal store without a discount, and get the same error message. Tried a different product and same error
