Why? I had a Citi card issued by Suncorp and endless hassle. Unable to buy an Emirates ticket, unable to depart Dubai until another card they liked was linked up to it. Citi lost my TFN twice. 6 $1 transfers and account linking still failed.
So I bought an Apple adapter from Amazon. They lied to me saying stock but it was a drop shipper with no stock.
3 weeks later the adapter arrived, meanwhile I could have got it for less elsewhere!
I looked at their movie database, so legacy!!
Life is more relaxed without subs!!

Sounds like a story of an idiot don’t know what he is doing

  • Existing Citibank and Amazon member here, didn't work when I tried last night but worked fine today, $15 for just doing a few clicks, happy days!

  • No email but followed link and was eligible for 3 months free Prime via Citi Premier, brilliant find Op 👍

  • I just emailed Mastercard and have been replied that I have redeemed this benefit on the 16th November 2021
Please know that the benefit is only provided once per eligible card

Seems this benefit is once per card only?

I got the email but I had already used it on Westpac card, so i cant use it again. so really its not just restricted to Citibank.

  • Finally got it to work on my work laptop after having issue with the page on my chromebook and Mac

    • Did you get a 'something went wrong' page, just tried for my cards and keep getting stuck on that

      • yes kept getting that error for a while but tried on my work windows 10 Laptop and it worked

        • Thanks! I'll try on different devices later 😊

  • Can you get the $15 credit when you sign up for the free prime trial with a different card first and then add the master card straight away to redeem the deal?

    • +2

I'm not sure about the trial but stacking does work since I managed to get free Prime with the previous August deal and now a $15 credit on top via this offer on the same account by adding a new eligible Mastercard.

    • Khaosprinz how did you go with this? Did you manage to sign up for free trial then get $15 credit applied with this offer?

      • Haven’t tried yet.

    • I tried activating this offer on my free trial account using my westpac card. It says that my free trial will immediately be stopped and this offer will start. https://imgur.com/gallery/ZH1WGQq

      • Guessing that means you’ll get 3 mths? Thanks for sharing.

        • I hope so. I will activate this whenmy free trial is about to end

FYI, new Citi Mastercard Prestige holder here. No emails but i tried anyway and got it! Thanks OP.

  • No email but sign up worked fine.

  • Snagged 3 months today for my sig card replacement. Haven't even activated the mastercard yet and I paid with my old Visa.

  • Seems this benefit is once per card only?

Also it can be zero times per card. I linked it and then didn't proceed with benefit as I was already on a trial.

Then I went to redeem and it says I have already redeem.

    So I got nothing.
