      If you read the forums here and on whirlpool it doesn't look like there are any fixes and may be a deliberate act on their end to filter out users with multiple accounts. They've already removed monopoly and added an update patch since this issue started happening a month ago so definitely not on their to-fix list if it was unintentional, nor do they bother helping if you email them about it.

        I'm getting the same error but I've never had multiple accounts. I opened the app and found I was logged out and can't log back in.

          MIght be collateral damage on their part then after they flagged your account by mistake. I'm still logged in on my partner's phone without issues so it hasn't tried to forcibly try to log me out everywhere yet.

    -10022 error SOLUTION !!!

    I uninstalled mymaccas, updated my android system firmware, then created a new account with new email.
    I won't risk logging out again. I don't want to get banned.
    I didn't want to risk trying to log in to any of my old accounts.

    Things that didn't work for me: reinstalling the app, restarting phone, clearing cache, clicking forgot password, making a new account.

    In my experience, it appears that Macca's bans the phone and not the account.

      My fix was just to buy an iPhone 14 Pro Max with cash, wearing a mask, of course. Then I connected to Macca’s free Wi-Fry, downloaded the MyMacca’s app, and made a new account using a ProtonMail e-mail address. All was going great until they recognised me at the counter, there was this awkward pause… then they said, Did somebody say KFC?

      I forced stop and cleared user data then was able to log in. Then made the mistake of trying to switch and got essentially temp banned lol. Now not getting any exclusive offers when I logged back in, just the usuals.

          I'm getting the deal promo emails too but the -10022 error is time based and won't let you log in to any account or make a new one until that unseen timer runs out.

    wow, they are really pushing the McChicken, probably because hardly anyone buys it as its rubbish. Maybe a good bargain if they used chicken fillet but its just mashed up slop made into a patty, who knows how much actual chicken is in it. Anyway the Chicken & Cheese burgers are half the price, not as big though but the same type of chicken patty, with a scabby half slice of cheese, McChicken you have to pay extra for cheese on it lol

      I find comments like this funny. McDonalds doesn’t make their own chicken or beef they have nationally acredited suppliers for it. For Chicken products it’s usually Steggles or Inghrams who follow their own quality control

          I never said that. Missing the point. Maccas receives chicken from this suppliers, these suppliers which only do good quality chicken. They the 100% responsible and through that they’ve chosen good suppliers who follow RSPCA regs and quality control better than what maccas would do

            @Matcha Latte: Good quality is not necessarily the same in everyone's opinion and it doesn't always equal good value. Although quality usually has an effect on what people consider to be good value. A chicken FILLET burger from KFC is $6.45, whereas the McDonald's McChicken burger is $7.25 (regular price). The KFC burger has a hell of alot more actual chicken in it than McChicken, therefore it is better quality and since it is cheaper, it is better value. Secondly, ultimately it is Mcdonald's responsibility who they use as their supplier and therefore what the quality & value of those supplies are. Thirdly, the McChicken is crap tasting rubbish, IMHO :)

        that's good info, do you know who the suppliers for the chicken / beef are. would be helpful to know as means i wouldnt have to travel long Km to a Halal store when all McChickens are steggles/Inghams (i.e. halal)

        It depends on the offer. McChicken and Chicken n Cheese Burgers are only on the menu from 10.30am onwards.
        Big Macs, Fries, Cheesburgers etc can be ordered 24 hours a day

      Maccas universal policy is 3 orders max per car. Though i know for a fact some stores just do 2 max or even just 1. If you do go through tell them at the start you have two mobile orders :)

        I've never had any issue ordering 2 separate meals when my wife and I wanted to use the offers on each of our Maccas app.
        Yes, we tell them at the start that we want to make 2 orders.
        BTW, my wife and children love the deals that come through on our apps. The only one we don't like is the 20% off if you spend $37.50 or more. Strange amount, but I'm sure some big families would use it.

            A rounded figure like $30 or $40 would make more sense as their other % off deals are all rounded (eg spend $10 or $15 or $20).

    So yep finally the My Maccas App is working (I had uninstalled & re-installed with no fix).

    But I went to drive thru, bought 2 Frozen Drinks (without knowing App was even working) &; paid $2 Each!

    App now says the $1 Frozen drinks are a Deal - AND your one time code only lasts 15 mins at a time.

    (Found this out while screenshotting the info - App said "If you are screenshotting this the code only lasts 15 mins" yay user tracking?).

      The frozen drinks are $2 now in-store,
      but for $1 prices, you need to pay through the App.

      Basically, MyMaccas is slowly 'nudging' society to start paying through the App,
      so that's why more and more little deals are to encourage you to store your credit card
      or your birthday dates, etc… inside the App.

    The good thing about Android if rooted, you can changed the Mac address spoofing any network into thinking your phone's settings are different and Presto new accounts and more stolen items from maccas, love stealing from corporations.

    Gotta love android (not Samsung or phone)

        Oh they care, the emulator on pc that I can simply vertualilse the physical Mac address becomes nullified temporary under a cooling off period.

        But right now Domino's $10 pizza special 1 garlic bread, can and pizzas a deal before 4pm.

        Unless you can buy 5 big Mac's for $10 then hell I dunno what's better deal.

    4 out of every 5 trips to Maccas for me results in a messed up order, usually something forgotten.

    They kept that low standard up today when I got home and found my small Big Mac meal and nuggets from the 30 deals for 30 days offer was missing the chips.

      do you ever fill out the feedback form online or in the app? Seems to have made a difference at my local, or maybe just a co incidence. Part of the issues lately has probably been lack of staff though, but maybe that's fixed since their recent big recruitment drive.

      I doubt it, but test it with a GPS spoof app. I use "Fake GPS". She drags the map to the McDonalds you're at then open McD's app, select store, get code, get it to you before 15 minutes resets it.

          There is a technical problem with today's code not working. I ordered the deal on the app and was charged the normal menu price of $12.65 instead of $5.00.
          Staff had to refund me the difference manually after I complained.
