    Is anyone else having troubles with their MyMaccas app?

    I cannot log in.

    I have cleared cache, deleted all data, un-installed and re-installed, turned off phone and turn on again, all to no avail.

      I ran into this issue a couple of weeks ago. I had to uninstall and reinstall the MyMaccas app to finally be able to log in.

          They have an "extra small" button. That needs to be deleted and stop cutting out on the portion sizes.

        From my own testing, the code is only valid for about 10 - 15 minutes, i think.

        If you sent the code to your friend, it should work.

    Easy to skip with those price increases. Anyone else’s locals always have broken Slushie machines and flat soft drinks? Those dreadful paper straws too! Too cheap to even use the sugar cane Slushie straws with the scoops on the end. Thanks for posting Op :)

    What cost do you put on chasing up the store and the company that runs the app for weeks when you get charged but the order doesn't go through to the store? Only app I've ever had this problem with and the attitudes of the staff were shocking. The store manager did finally come through but no way in hell am I ever using their app again. It just ain't worth it no matter the saving.

      ‘Staff Attitude’? Mate workers are verbally harrased everyday by people complaining about the app. We don’t like it either but there’s nothing we can do. If the manager did provide you a refund they would of done it out of his till meaning when they put it through its gonna be under.

        Mate, if you can't track a payment you shouldn't be in business, period. You certainly shouldn't be implying that your customer is some sort of thief trying to get a freebie. You have ZERO reason to defend this! If your employer is behaving in a manner that you don't think is ethical you can look for work with one that is ethical. But if you choose to stay and represent the company you're going to be the one who takes the flak. Now that said I was never rude, but you bet your bottom dollar I wasn't just going to let them have my money and get nothing in return and if the manager hadn't come through I would have taken it to fair trading.

        I have ZERO sympathy for a manager giving me the food that I paid for at their own expense. They did NOT provide a refund. By the way it took weeks to sort this out. The staff on the line for the app insisted I had to deal with the store. The store staff insisted I had to deal with the app. I was asked to provide evidence then ghosted when I did. Neither could actually track the payment even after it went from pending to fully processed at my bank.

        I am perfectly within my rights to boycott using an app after that experience.

                        @Matcha Latte: Ok, let's get back to the root of this discussion.

                        McDonalds as a company certainly have been shitty in how they rolled the app out and purposely did not include an app function that allows users to report a problem or report a problem with an order.

                        They think that if they just purposely leave out that function, that they will need to give out less refunds…

      App has always had that issue, even when it was in Beta in South Australia. Store wouldnt get the order but would be listed in there computer system.

    EVM beef burger meals are always my go to ….. once Maccas gave me a "lunch card" …$5 small EVM between 12-2 ….valid for a year ….. no need for app, wish they did something like that again.

      A small big mac meal can vary between $10.50 and $11.50 depending on franchisee.
      A 6 pack of nuggets is around $7 by itself.

      It's very rare I go to McDonald's and don't order whatever deal is on the app or a $5.45 Cheeseburger happy meal since a small cheeseburger meal (the exact same meal minus a toy) is $8.10!
