Apart from 1st week hiccup has been very smooth… Last one listed below

Challenge terms and conditions (Week 4):

    Now, Latitude, fix up the issue of doing MFA/2FA on a mobile device. Do MFA through an app like a bank that has common sense.

    Before burning cash through these promos, improve the customer experience as many people don't have their Aussie phone overseas and can't use their card (see comments last week or product review)

    I'm a bit surprised Latitude haven't sent a rep on here. Would've been good for them.

      If you go overseas often, it's worth to invest in a dual SIM card phone. Can use that to do Aussie banking transactions whilst travelling.

        Still charges me daily roaming fees. I only have problems with Latitude when overseas.

        All other banks work fine. I think they have changed something recently when it comes to 2FA/MFA.

        They emailed me last week to say they stopped a fraud attempt on my account and to call them to re enable online transactions for 3 days.

        I called them and the agent said he couldn't see any block. I then couldn't use my card. Seems like a shambles at Latitude to me. GE Money knew what they were doing.

      They seem good with Fraud, i get an "enter 1 if you ordered x from y, or 2 if you didn't' etc.

          True, got asked just for ordering from a local vendor ffs (Good Guys)
          Then don't bother asking.. ."oh, is that you at the knock-shop Terry or someone else, haha

          Guess you'd need an e-sim but they shouldn't need to as you say.
          At least ubank does 1k a day, used to need to get a OTP immediately

    so worry losing/forgetting give cards now so many and swap here and there..
    whats the best way to manage? i guess preeze and the mark as used once used? i dont know… feel so wrong.. i think the company is betting someone will forget

      yeah just mark as used when use (in SB and prezzee).
      I'm still yet to disperse the $250 into coles/woolies, but you're bound to use those.
      Just stored in Prezzee for now, still got a $100 JB hi-fi one too in email (from pixel deal).
