        Thanks, hope so. I remember being stuck with those Ultimate cards being unable to use them at JB… Because every time I wanted to buy something I would need to pay online due to stock issues and those Ultimate ones would only work instore.

        Word of warning to eveyone: Ultimate cards were not working online. And most clearances and good deals in JB have stock problems, obviously. So you end up in a situation where you need to pay by other means to secure a good deal.

      It could be because the Retail Super Group brands (SCA, BCF, rebel, Macpac) are now part of the TCN gift card scheme. (They only appeared on the TCN gift card scheme either yesterday or today.)

      SCA is now on the TCN GIFT, HIM and HOME gift cards.

              Personally I find those ultimate gift card online really painful to deal with so I didn't buy because you need to jump through so many hoops to add it to your wallet

          ITs funny, I tried adding to Gpay and it won't work, says not supported with tap to pay. I tried logging onto my prepaid page on my Android phone, installed the myprepaidcenter, and it said cannot add the card at this stage. So I reckoned something is definitely wrong on the UGC end.

          Success! I asked the cashier payment of $55 on the paywave gift card. Did it via Gpay and it approved. Then I paid the balance as per normal.

        Thanks. I was fuming not being able to add it to Google Wallet through their rubbish my prepaid centre app that doesn't work.

        I was able to add it to Google wallet by trying it twice for each card I had. For some reason, it doesn't seem to work first time but if you try again it works.

        What a rubbish system this company uses. Why can't they just have barcodes like everyone else!

        Did u buy $500 one? I contacted their CS via live chat, they put 24 hours hold because it's my first time ordering such big amount of giftcard (which is true as previously I only bought $50-$100 Amazon when they run a promo). They said, I'll receive it exactly 24 hours after I ordered (which is tmrw noon). Maybe same case for u? In all case, others said can't even add it to wallet, so might get a refund at the end :(

      This isn't a gift card, but a visa card which works at officeworks.

      Right now you can't use this "card" in store anyway. There's no way to add it into google/apple pay. We only have a card number to use online.

    I have trouble to redeem the gift card. It's a horrible experience.
    At the moment, the app is broken in both IOS and android, and there is no way to redeem the egift card.

      I can't use the gift card too. I mean, it used to work ok, but recently somethings wrong with their end (UGC) and I just literally can't add it at all. I tried reinstalling and rebooting the phone, nothing. So I just got off the phone support (UGC) and they said this is a known issue and they are working on it, give them two days and told me to call back if still doesn't work. Frustrating.

      I contacted amazon after 2 hours and they said there was an error and cancel the order and said I could re-order.

      Re-ordered a smaller amount and waiting to see if they withdraw money…feels busted to me.
