    Only the door sensor can be added to Google Home. Everything else in this bundle will only work via the Xiaomi Home app.

    i didn’t mind it from last deal as it’s super quiet …im not sure how the other stuff works so still sitting in draw ..im not smart enough for smart home

    Fan is great quality and haven't had any problems with it yet. Yes the size is not standard, but being a very quiet DC fan and having smart features it is definetely an upgrade from my similar priced AC fan.

  I bought this last time.

  I don't use the hub, and the temperature and door sensors showed straight up in Home Assistant via my Zigbee dongle.

  The fan's a touch louder at full ball than a cheap K-Mart fan, and a bit smaller; but it's a ducted fan, so it's much better at pulling air from behind it and throwing that air further. Standard fans draw 50% of their air from the sides meaning they recycle a lot of air already in the room, rather than pulling it in from outside. The app support is a nice touch, and I believe it'll tie in to Home Assistant with a bit of work, so you can shut it down once the temperature drops (for example). I don't know that I'd pay $100 for it, but when you throw in a couple of sensors and free postage, the price seems more reasonable.

    I'm pretty sure this fan doesn't work very well with alexa or google. You might be able to turn it on and off but that's it, you can't control the speed or anything like that.

      Can't even add this Viomi to Google Home, while the old Xiaomi ones work, on/off only anyway.

  I've got a mijia Fan 1X and although you can add to smart home (works with Google) can only use voice to turn on and off, nothing else. Have to use the mi home app. Any ideas? Ta
