Japan and Hong Kong had a different promo for reopening before where they made every seat available as a reward seat.

I’m a VA flyer but it’s interesting seeing the hate for QF over the past year or two. Pre-COVID I rarely saw many negative QF comments but over the past 12 months, no matter what is posted there’s always a bulk amount of negative replies. Not just on OzB either, even on multiple Frequent Flyer forums.

Look at the brightside, I initiated a refund with Samsung 6 months ago and they just called me out of the blue to start the process…..surely it can't be that bad.
Huh, try 2.5 years,I finally got my refund from a cancelled flight in May 2020.
Return flight got cancelled.
Got some voucher that I couldn't log on and see.
Then flight details disappeared.
No voucher.
Numerous calls, emails, more calls, spam their social media account several times. Several emails and phone calls saying that they will refund shortly, etc. Apologies for the delay. Contact them again if I still need help. FFS. Scathing public messages on their defunct Facebork page.
