OzBargain is turning 16!

For those in the southeast suburbs, just seeing if there is interest for a meetup at Bad Shepherd.

Food is mostly BBQ and they make their own beer. Food will be covered but drinks you'd have to buy yourself.

  • Only once you are inside Bad Shepherd, go to OzBargain - My Account - View - Events. This will load a QR code. I'll use this QR code to check you in. More info
  • Once that is done, you'll receive a nametag, free t-shirt, and you can order your food (free up to $35) on our tab. Alcohol is not included so you'll have to buy that yourself.

    Looks good, though as a person living in Melbourne's truly south east suburbs (say Narre, Berwick, Beacy, Officer), Bad Shepherd is kinda sorta more just "south" 😄

    @neil Thanks for organising, definitely interested if there's an event closer to the "outer south east".

      Real Melbourne ends at the ring road. Everything outside is the badlands not the south east :P

        Should be fine as most of the free events (no deposit collected) tend to have people who say they'll attend but end up not attending.

    had a look at the venue on google maps, I think it's an industrial area? Hopefully it's not busy and we get plenty of parking.

    We've got the entire deck area. Enter the venue, turn left and I'll be at the table near door giving out name tags, shirts etc.
