    For the hex keys, does anyone know what the difference between the hex plus number means, the number ranges from 1 to 6. Is one more superior than the other?

      That would just be the reference number, like Set 1, Set 2, Set 3 etc.
      Hex-plus refers to the patented design. AFAIK, all Wera hex keys, hex bits, hex screwdrivers employ this design.

    I checked with Amazon and they currently have and issue with orders from UK. So the orders are not getting placed and you wont get an email confirmation and wont show in your orders once you have placed and order.

    Apparently will take them 24-48hrs to fix.

        That's what they told me on-and-off for 3 hours yesterday. Don't waste your time as they have no idea what the problem is or how to help customers resolve it

        One representative said they would ask for a price difference refund if I tracked all the items' prices myself but I can't remember 15 different items. It also seemed like a lie because they have no way of knowing the original prices of the items I was meant to pay, and he didn't guarantee it would be approved so if I spent another 2 hours going through 200 tools to find the 15 I liked again it may just be more wasted time

    Update on my order. The 2 orders I made (1 duplicate) got cancelled and got my gift card refunded. The bad: I wasted several hrs trying to fix the issue and I didnt get any of the items.
    The good: They gave me $10 and $15 credit for the troubles each time I contacted them. (about an hr and a half for each) thats basically a lot less than min pay per hr in aus but Ill take it as its better than nothing)

    Oh my, those ghost orders!

    I wanted one of each of the nine items below for a total of $306.39….

    Orders tallying up over the space of the past few days finalises at 45 items for a total of $1788.52…

    I managed to cancel 27 items for a total of $1103.98 before they shipped…

    And 18 items have shipped for a total of $684.54…

    I had received emails for the orders that I thought went through, and around Thursday I thought I'd managed to secure exactly what I wanted, and then this morning all the ghost orders turned up in email, though I only knew the emails existed because of the charges coming up on my credit card(s)

    … We couldn't charge the card ending in 1234, so we charged your backup payment card method ending in 6789

    There had been no emails or credit charges for these ghost orders until this morning, surprise!
