Shangri-La on the Corral Coast, technically it's an island.

      Amazing stay

been to Fiji about a dozen times, no doubt, find a resort in the mamanuca or yasawa islands

    • Thanks ill look into this.

    • Agree yasawa island is amazing, but be prepared for 4 hour ferry ride

    • having a quick look around - these smaller, more remote island seem to only have their own restaurants + dining options and no cooking stuff in rooms (which is fair enough)… so you either do all incl for big $$$$, or pay as you dine i guess? what did you do .. was it good value? i'm really intersted in feedback on this, as pressed in to using the set restaurants only to get money's worth is an interesting concept for me .. mebbe you dont feel like a big dinner or even eating at all at times, so all incl is not so good. Anyway, let me know your experience please :)

Any recommendations for a family of 3 with a 1 year old?

    • Went to the Radisson Blu this year and had a great time. The suite is like an apartment so it was great to have the cot in the lounge, and we got our privacy in the bedroom with access to the bathroom and balcony too. My next pick would be the family room at the Naviti. They're both not the most luxurious resort but really great for kids and reasonable rooms with separate sleeping areas for kids.
