    • Hi Harry! Delivery should take 2-5 business days for capital cities and 3-7 business days for non-Metro areas. Please contact our support team so they can check your account. Simply click http://bst.st/lc

      • No one replied back for over an hour. Absolutely gutted.

        • Yea their messaging is sht

    • Same ordered on 26th. Nothing so far

    • I also bought it on the 25th, and so far (2/11) Boost has not shipped

      • I got it.
To find out the shipment status of order, pls try contacting Boost.

        • Call them or message? Appears they don't provide tracking and now use Auspost rather than StarTrack. Auspost is slow and rubbish

          • @neonlight: I was communicated through a message on the Boost website, and they actually sent it out but did not notify the customer.

            • @Arks: Thanks I send them a message via that site and got the tracking number, but serious auspost is very slow and they used to use StarTrack.

They were faster, I reckon Boost is saving costs. Just won't admit it

  • Thanks

  • Hi when I put the promo code in it says this: The promo code BOOST170 doesn't seem to be valid or has expired even though the expiry of November 8th? Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong? I’ve blocked through Cashrewards. Thanks !

  • +1

Anyone getting an error after entering BOOST170? The promo code BOOST170 doesn't seem to be valid or has expired

  • Did anyone else also had this experience when calling international numbers using this Boost sim?
I wanted to call an international number of a company in which I have to give keypad inputs by listening to a recording to proceed in the call (like to select language, etc). But the other side doesn't recognise my keypad inputs and the recording keeps on playing making it impossible to proceed with the call. When I tried calling that number using vodafone sim it works without an issue.

    Thank you.

  • Does anyone know if Boost has international roaming by any chance? May need it for OTP sms etc when traveling.

    • I received SMS whilst in NZ in September.

  • Damn too late now i need this

  • I had this question folks "Since the number is still active with Boost. May I ask why you purchased a SIM with a credit for your existing service?"

I just said its a SIM replacement when i asked for activating the new SIM and transfer number over

    • Uh oh.. so this method sim transfer via chat is not always work ?

      • yeah i think they are checking on you why you are transferring over to another card with credit….and not recharging old (which is the point of this bargain here)

in any case, i think the best method is transfer to a $2 SIM then back

BUT How long do you need to wait in between?

        • Hmm how about change the chat agent? I think i read somewhere someone use "because this is cheaper than recharging" or "mistake when buying" as reason

          • @CyberMurning: Some people on whirlpool saying you can use new SIMs to recharge existing service… I have no clue

    • Got this questions aswell then told to return sim for refund and but a recharge
