          When you link the card, there's a box you need to check:

          I agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy, and that Cashrewards may share my linked credit/debit card details with my service provider so that my service provider can tell Cashrewards about my qualifying transactions to approve my rewards.

            @capslock janitor: I believe it'd work when it tracked fine. The problem is when it failed to track, as the last 4 digits would be scrambled by Apple and hard to prove ur using the correct card. My purchase didn't tracked last time, but easy to raise a claim with physical card that matched on the receipt

              @hanofee: Echoing the comments above, mine works fine with ApplePay as VISA/Mastercard seem to have a partnership with CR and report the transactions back regardless of Apple/Google pay.

              As for resolving untracked claims, no idea. I would of thought you could send the receipt along with a screenie from your online banking that shows the transaction and corresponding card.

                @Gracey: For the physical card, I just submitted Subway receipt. It had the masking card number with the last 4 digits matching my physical card. Wouldn't be able to do that with Applepay as that 4 digits would be random on the receipt

                  I am still going through back and forth with CR Support trying to get the funds for that purchase.

                  This time round I took the physical credit card and tapped with it. Tracked straight away.

            @Poor Ass: Hi, We've had Subway for the past couple of months. Note also that it's only valid at participating stores that are listed on the link below. New stores are being added all the time, which may not have been listed at time of your purchase. Also, the $15 min spend is enforced.

      Hi. Just tested on desktop browsers and CR app and can't replicate your issue. Can you please try via an incognito window on your browser, or better still try the Cashrewards app (card linking is found under settings).
