    • You can still get $5 wraps and six inches, $9 footlongs if you want basic bitch meat (at most Subways anyway). Agree though that the regular price though are insane.

    Thanks OP , bought 2 footlongs for $10.20 (Initial bill $25.40). Used up my $5.20 sub dollars which was expiring this month plus the $10 cashback

  • Does this work with Apple wallet tap and pay?

    I assume not since Apple wallet uses a different set of digits for the last four?

    • It is supposed to link back to your original card, so in theory it should work.

      I've had it work intermittently for myself. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.
      For best results I would use the physical card if you can, otherwise lodge a claim with CR and they will investigate and should eventually credit it.

    Bought at 12:27 with linked card that I added today. Still hasn't tracked.

    Glad I got a receipt incase this all goes wobbly

    • Hi. With in-store linked cards, tracking can be anywhere from instant to 14 days - it all depends on the associated bank and card type.

    • I went to the shop on time. It took them a few minutes to make $15 worth of subs. Don't know if I paid before 4pm, no message from cashrewards yet. Should I still get a some sort of message if it was past 4pm?

    AEDT time requirement (am in Qld in AEST) and possibly my store (Cleveland) not participating seems to have stuffed my early dinner plans.

      • Nope, not since the cashback deal in July. It's definitely the Subway transaction as the date and the amount match.

  • whats interesting is i linked my card the day of this promo which still hasn't tracked . Had subway today for lunch and it tracked todays purchase as soon as i paid.

      Come to think of it, all I've purchased on Subway have never been tracked.
      Of course I linked my card on CR very first time CR launched In-store cashback and my first In-store purchased at Liquorland not tracked already 2years ago.
      I should attach all the receipts and make claims.

      It's a shame I threw all the receipts a few months ago…normally I stored paper receipts for 2-3 years.
      And I changed linked card a few months ago due to expired date but same card number.

    Out of interest those who aren't being tracked what sort of card do you have?

    Mine is a Mastercard Debit

    • So based on the above it seems it isn't necessarily one brand at fault

      • I made another in-store payment using my Westpac card at Reject Shop, and that had tracked at 8%. I think it still comes down to these other banks that haven’t reported back to CR

        • Nothing tracked for me still. I didn’t get a receipt as the person decided to go to the back as soon as the payment went thru.

    Hi guys. An update to let you know we've identified a reporting issue affecting some orders from our Subway in-store promo on Oct 27 (50% cashback, $10 cap). If your order is yet to track, please follow the steps below and our support team will take care of it. There's a chance your original order may eventually report once the issue is resolved, meaning you'll have two orders in your account, but we'll worry about that when/if it happens.

    1. Generate a new ticket via this link.
    2. Select Cashback Claim / In-store / add Date of Purchase
    3. Add Subway as store name, and address of store is critical.
    4. Attach a copy of receipt that displays payment method. If you can't provide this, bank statement screenshot is fine.
    5. If you don't have a receipt, please also confirm if you either (a) inserted or (b) tapped your card (or Apple/Google Pay).
    6. Ensure you include the last 4 digits of the linked physical credit card used for payment (not Apple/Google Pay digits as they will be different).

    Once you submit the claim, you'll receive an auto response with a ticket number. Leave the rest to us. Thanks again, and apologies for the inconvenience.

      Seems I will have to add a copy of my statement to the ticket I already have - currently provided a copy of my subcard statement.

    • Hey ta. Thanks for the update. I put in my claim and as i don’t have a receipt i got this email back “ Thank you for contacting our team regarding your untracked Subway purchase. I hope you're having a lovely day.

      I was reviewing the attached documentation from Subway and noticed that it does not contain the required information. It would be great if you could send through your tape receipt from the store displaying the order date, reference number, order details, and payment information so that I can further investigate this claim.”
