This is the most expensive joy-con deal posted in the last 12 months.

    • Thanks for the input mate, I've always thought a marginal discount on Nintendo products are a win- happier to pay $95 than the standard RRP. Especially as my Ebay Plus Switch should be arriving shortly.

Depends on the product, you can search the item for the historical prices to get an idea.

Have these had improvements since the original joycons? Got a couple of dead ones so in the market ro replace.

Depending on what you mean by dead, my first pair had the shoulder buttons stop working on both sides. $5 of parts from eBay and a 5 min YouTube video and U had then working good as new, and I'm not particularly savvy with repairs.

      Nope.

  • Why this fluro colour combo gives me nostalgic feeling, anyone know?

it reminds me of coloured erasers, book bands , coloured papers.

      Those Velcro ball catcher things?

    • I instantly thought of Pink/ Green Fizzers

    • Grip-ball from 1991?

      • yup ive since graduated to baseball mitts

  • I used to wear fluro socks in those colours and others in the '50s.

Genuine Switch controllers are too expensive even qualities are not very good. I'm enough with 3rd party's cheap controllers.

  • Be careful with this colour scheme set. I got this with Mario Party, and they perform much worse than all my other Joy-Cons; it's as if it doesn't reach as far as the rest! It's fine closer up, but any longer than 3ms, it sucks!

    • do colourschemes perform/made differently ..?

      • I'm not sure, could be just mine were faulty.

        • Sounds faulty. They’re all the same on the inside. The shell does affect use

  • I got these for $89 like 3 weeks ago from exact same listing and that wasn't much of a saving. They've been down as low as $79.

  • Drifting is why we need to pay these extra dollars which we should have not.

  • Are these available individually anywhere? Would it work?
Got 1 broken. Don't want to buy 2 if 1 is enough

    • you probably best find another person who broke the other side and you can pool together to get a replacement.

i broke one of it as well, but i decided to go just pro controllers now.

    • EB games sells individual ones pre-owned, but costs more than this deal ($47.5 per joy con brand new)

  • I got these with Mario Party for $109.
Switched the shells out for white - just before the OLED switch came out, but they've help up great and look so clean.

    No issues with range etc

    • I also have a set from the Mario Party, but if you look carefully, the colours are actually reversed!
