Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 1TB + 2x Buds2 Pro + 1x Buds Live + 1x Care (+ Bonus 1x Buds2 Pro) $2333.44 Delivered @ Samsung EDU Store

550

There is a 24hr Flash Sale which gives a bonus Galaxy Buds2 Pro (Bora Purple) for free. Stack this with the bundle deal (buying 4 eligible items gives you a 20% discount on the bundle) will bring the total price (including Care+) down to 2333.44. If you could sell the buds for $200/each on Gumtree, the 1TB Fold 4 with Care+ will be only $1533.44.

Update (Thanks to @usmanhafeez2000):
For the same items, the total price is $2,986.60 in the normal store. Since the normal store is giving a $700 trade-in bonus, plus the loyalty vouchers, it would end up with $2,986.6 - $700 - $100 = $2186.6 or $2136.6 if you are able to receive the subscription voucher.

      • So essentially good only until warranty lasts? No wonder the resale is so piss poor

        • Fold is fine…but i cannot recommend flip for second hand one

    • I also had my warranty refused on fold 3 rather they charged me 66 dollars as they say it was accidental damage with just a scratch on power button

  • Anyone also seeing an offer come up when they click the Samsung subscription option? 18 monthly repayments, and it also adds a discount to the phone. On the flip 4 it gives me $450 off. Offer ending 31-10-22. The thing is when I click it the bonus buds 2 pro disappears, and I can't get any bundle discounts. Also, can't trade in, also it doesn't come up when I am in the education store, only the normal store. I may not doing it correctly, but it seems I also can't use the $50 newsletter voucher either, maybe because it technically is not a purchase over $350?
What are people's thoughts, is it still worth considering?

IMO Samsung is a shit company if you have to deal with them directly. Have had various experiences- For example just now if you buy mobile off their online website and want a change of mind - you are FOOOKED badly. You need to send the device back for their assessment. Depending on Samsung shitty team mercy if its accepted for a refund (Provided your luck is good) - They have refund policy which they claim takes up to 30 days but my personal experience it took between 45-60 days and did i say numerous phone calls for a follow up and threatening to go to ombudsman plus few 100 email follow ups. That was indeed my experience for some other samsung product which was faultier and they agreed to refund my money.
With Phones better to buy from JB/David Jones etc which has pretty lenient policy on return and you get money on the spot or with in couple of days.
FYI Samsung has no complaint division where you can escalate. Its pretty sh** - Search on Facebook even you cannot comment on their page (Blocked)- Now there is a Samsung complaint group on FB which is not directly associated with Samsung but tells you all the horror stories dealing with them
    * Just a caution I am not trying to change anyone's mind.

    • Most stores don't offer refund for change of mind….

same with Sony. just avoid. one time i had a case, i told them i will report to ACCC the staff (filipino) laugh at me say go ahead.
i did it and they called me apologies and refunded i almost laugh back

      • Hey mate I have an issue with Samsung that they have been stringing me along now for 2 months and today I got them to say over the phone (while recording) they haven't bothered to look at my case even though they've told me 5x now I'd get a resolution in 2-10 days.
I told the guy I will be seeking advice from ACCC and got a similar response, told me to go ahead and tried to hang up.

What was your experience with ACCC like was it an easy process? I've heard unless its something big/serious they are kind of lethargic as it might not be worth their time.

Yup everthing done online i submitted my case (forgot the exact link sorry) with attaching spreadsheet of the timeline. And i cant remember if i got a phone call from them or not (accc) but just one day sony called me and very brief say we will be refunding. Thats it.

My case was a speaker about $600, very heavy. Broke 4x in span of 6 months, every time they collect and deliver back (but i need to be at home) and one time it came back with some plastic part broke! Or one repair just last for a week.
And after 4x they still want to fix, or replace with something i dont want.

          • @CyberMurning: Thanks for that mate. My issue is around the same monetary value so here's hoping!

  • Thanks op, got a 1tb Fold 4, 2 x buds2, 1 x buds2 pro for $2040.

  • got this phone on the telstra preorder deal ( came with a free watch, which i was going to sell - but marketplace was flooding, like these buds will. Ended up using the watch and i havent touched my garmin fenix5 since).

I honestly love this phone. The price is pretty crazy, but it really works well and i have zero complaints. The only thing (which isnt so much the phones fault), is if you have a raised armour style cover, the front screen is a little tight on the hinge side to press keyboard button.

  • Hi, what if I don't send my trade phone, I'm I going to be charged also the bonus credit the ($700) anyone know ? thanks

    • No, you won't

      • Thank you for your reply and the information

    • They only charge for the trade-in value with 70ish admin fee. Just a remind that the trade-in value is deducted before counting that 20% discount.

      • Thank you for your reply and the information

Literally the first line of description

There is a 24hr Flash Sale which gives a bonus Galaxy Buds2 Pro (Bora Purple) for free.

        you also ask…

i just tried i cant get that price

Free bud deal has already expired…obviously you can't get the same price now lol

You commented when the deal was live, waited til it expired and then ask why you can't get it for the same price? What a joke!

        • sorry, i didnt do it on purpose yes i see the tag expired but when i look at samsung online i still see the 20% off for 4 eligible products, also free care offer, so i thought maybe give a try. thanks

    • No particular reason, pro has better reselling value IMO. My wife wanted a live so added that.
