      No idea how it can take so long but other places in UK are so fast, Im not surprised if they mark it as shipped then wait for stock to come in before they send it.

        They did that to me. I asked why there was no movement after 2 weeks so they told me it had just been sent and marked as shipped, then a moth later when I hadn't received it they claimed they were still waiting for stock and wouldn't accept that they straight up lied to me.

    Great price, but can personally vouch for pathetic customer service and delivery issues. Last (and final) time I ordered from them, they said the delivery was 'refused' and returned to them. I lost the delivery fee, the good price on the item, and money in the currency exchange. Customer service was completely unhelpful; won't use them again.

      I ordered a bluray from The Hut last year and when I contacted them about nonarrival of my item they were quick to reply and sent me a replacement promptly.

      Really? I bought Dead Space 2 collectors edition for PS3 from them for about 22$. Because it was taking ages to arrive I complained and they gave me my money back. It arrived 2 days later, I kinda feel bad now :P

        Same here. Bought Pirates of Caribbean bluray boxset, after 40 days not receiving I emailed them and sent me a replacement immediately. A week after I got two copies in my mailbox, email them i got two copies and wanted to return it, they said nah you can keep it.

    Just a quick heads up that the UK version of F&F (the 4th one) suffers from minor BBFC censorship cuts for violence. Probably doesn't matter to most, but just FYI.

    I bought the trilogy box set for this on Bluray. Then part 4 released. So I gave the box set away and bought the 1-4 set. Then 5 released.

    I'm not making the same mistake a third time. Fool me one, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. They're not going to fool me thrice though. Chances are this series will have at least 6 movies, and possibly even 10.

        Holden a second, Oil do what I want in this thread. Most ozbargainers need their injection of homour seeing as they can't afford most of the stuff here and have to give it the boot when it does arrive. The only other thing they can do is grease the wheels of their partner. I myself have noticed that my buying has stalled in the recent months and even though I tune myself to this website everyday, good bargains are rare to find and we australians are still getting shafted.

        So give me a brake when I get so exhausted writing this out, and excuse me if I got all fired up and started drifting off topic
