      • I have no issues with Circles, neither does my wife or daughter.

        My son did port away from Circles earlier this year to iiNet and then TPG.
        He is trying to port back to Circles, however every time he tries, it says his number is already connected with a Circles account.

        That's the main issue we have been experiencing, he has emailed and called the Circles team many times and cannot get it fixed to allow him to port back to you.

        If you can help or get someone to follow up with me, you will have another customer as soon as the problem is fixed.

    • So far so good, Got my sim today and ported over within an hour. As long as nothing happens randomly I don't think I'll even need to contact them.

    Been with circles for 12 months. No issues at all. First month pro rata without discount is the only thing I had to understand.

    This + Citibank phone insurance (requires post paid plan) is awesome.

  • I don't know if this accurate, but one of the comments at the link bob19 posted just above, states they do a credit check. Thought I'd mention it because a lot of people in the Felix thread were unimpressed by the same thing.
