:( I've purchased several things and received all but the 2 LED/laser pointer. If they don't have stock it takes longer to ship (I have received items in less than 2 weeks, while waiting over a month for others).

Paypal have to make their money somehow, their rate is always worse than xe.com.
Use a 28 degrees mastercard through PayPal, and then jump through the hoops when purchasing to make sure you are charged in the source currency (USD for Meritline).
I think your Paypal account can be set to do this automagically, but I don't know how, I'm a Paypal newbie.

The money clips are actually pretty good quality, I have owned a few and none have ever broken or deteriorated they were all LOST / DROPPED with money in them while out and about drinking in as new condition.
it's totally waste of time and money (not much) for those kind items from this seller — it's all crap stuff, very low quality or useless …

I've seen - and bought :( - really crap low quality stuff. This isn't one of those items. This item fits somewhere above crap / low quality / useless. I bought this last time and the quality isn't all that bad for $2.50.

I agreed some China sites sell useless stuff,
but if the item is useable(in some way), then it is not useless
the previous deal for screwdrivers, marker pens, flashlight are all good & cheap!

Personally I think this is a better deal for $1.49 (almost a metre long and you can cut it into strips) but you might need to buy a few of them to get it shipped for free
