      I have bought their robo vaccum from Panmi, A class customer service and delivery was speedy as well. My Robo got faulty and they replaced it without asking 2nd question. very much impressed.

      I'm generally of the same view, but looking into this:

      • they are properly registered with an ABN since late 2017, and have been operating since 2018
      • they are the sole authorised brand agent for Xiaomi in Australia
      • they have a physical presence in Chippendale

      That's enough for me for a $20 purchase.

    The shape of the 30w chargers is very similar to huawei chargers. Beware you might not able to use the plug next to it due to that little wing shape

    Damn, Its USB and not USB-C, reason is i bought a couple of wireless chargers and they come with their own cable attached to the device and its a USB-C cable, so now am on the look out for some USB-C chargers / plugs .
