Dreame T30 Vacuum Cleaner $599 (Was $899) Delivered @ Dreame

100

First time post, be gentle.
$300 off this vacuum, also maybe able to take another $50 via website?
Not sure if it’s a good deal? Maybe the November sales will be superior to this.

I think $545 is the lowest it's ever been on here. Certainly not a bad deal, historically speaking. Although I'm not sure what you mean about getting another $50 off via the website?

    • Was $524 in November 2021, posted on OzB. Combo was $590. I purchased then and have been happy with it. It does suffer from overheating if used in turbo mode for too long.

  • Is this better than Dyson V10? I will go with Dyson V10 for $50 more. $599 for this? hm…Dreame..

  • I've had the T20 for about 2 years now, and have had 2 motorhead brush heads fail on me.

I'm up to the third one now - apparently the 2nd one had a redesigned head that alleviated the issue (cable tension causing power failure)

Just an FYI as it looks like the T30 head is the same as the T20. Being said, Dreame had replaced the 2nd one outside of warranty

    • My t20 head starting to fail. looking at purchasing a replacement and they don't even seem to sell it

      • I have v10 and lost power charging block. Can’t buy it anywhere in Australia.
After sale parts are atrocious for xiamoi - will stop me buying anything from them again

        • Isn't it just a standard barrel plug adaptor?

      • My T20 head failed also, contacted dreame during warranty and they asked for video evidence etc etc (even though they knew it was a common issue) and I didn't back to them until a month or so after the 1 year warranty period, they told me they couldnt do anything as its outside warranty.

I pulled it apart and ran some new cables for the motor but it was a PITA, if the T30 has the same head I would suggest people stay away

      • Check aliexpress - or complain to them and stay firm with requesting a replacement even outside warranty

  • I watch about 3 or 4 review / comparision between Dreame and Dyson. All show Dreame is the winner.

I would never buy Dreame again. I bought the T20 when it was first released. After a few months,I started encountering various of problems e.g. LCD screen falling off and no/poor sunction. This was all fixed under warranty. However, I started encountering these issues again at the one year mark and no help was provided. I kept getting sent a generic email response indicating "1 year warranty on main components and 1 year on batteries". I expected my vacuum to last longer than a year…but I guess you get what you pay for…
